I’m am completely and totally happy with the service I was provided by Gronendyke Plumbing, Danny is very kind and kept me updated through the entire process. They did everything they could do to locate the part I needed and get it installed as quickly as possible. We had so many people with major issues in the area after devastating storms, but they took my request very seriously and squeezed me in the next day to come and see what was going on at my house. Mason found the issue quiickly, and even though the part I needed was not common, they did not give up until they found the exact replacement. Mason came out ASAP once the part was delivered and got my water running again. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and a joy to deal with. I’ve had very bad luck with multiple service calls I’ve made recently, with no shows, and last minute repeat cancellations from washing repair that was never completed and garage door that was never completed so I am beyond happy and pleased with Gronendyke Plumbing and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable family owned plumber in Northwest Indiana and will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs.

After the storms, I sadly lost my hot water tank. Called and got an appointment for the next day. Great prices and great people….there is nothing more that you can ask for. Seriously this was such an easy experience that I feel like I owe them. They are just great! Thank you

Hot water heater stopped working on a Saturday. I fiddled with it to no avail. Called Groendyke Plumbing on Sunday and they installed a new 50 Gal hot water heater on Monday afternoon. Very happy with the result. Even done with tornado sirens going off.

My experience with Gronendyke plumbing was very professional with excellent work done. Had a second water meter installed for a sprinkler system and an expansion tank installed at the hot water heater with a dual check valve. The work was done in a timely manner. Definitely a five-star job and will use Gronendyke for future plumbing and recommend Gronendyke to all. When I contacted Gronendyke they came out the next day at 8:30 a.m. and completed the job by 12:00 noon. Fantastic.
