So I figured he must be good with so many great reviews. And I can attest to that as well myself. He was on time, professional, polite and got the work done in a shorter period of time than I expected. I had to replace my own lefty Lucy, righty tighty type water main valve with a more reliable in or off-line ball valve. He also switched out the old fashion on valves for my washer. I kept having dreams there was going to be a leak. And knowing that the old valves were all calcified I really worried about the situation. You know what they say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Glad I did it and Danny certainly didn’t overcharge me – – his quote was very reasonable and he supplied all the parts needed. After working on it for about an hour, the rep couldn't get it open and told me I'd have to have my basement floor opened up to replace the pipe. Before scheduling it, I contacted Danny to see if he could clear the pipe. He came out and had it opened within an hour. He also charged only about a third of what the other company charged me. Today, I had him come out to replace a 70-year-old, double compartment cement laundry tub that leaked with a new single-compartment one. His wealth of knowledge is incredible, and he's always professional. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who is searching for the last plumber they will ever need. Thank you, Danny! He replaced the expansion tank, explained in great detail what it does, why my water heater was draining, and how to keep checking it in the future. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood completely. I also got to watch how he trained and quizzed Mason with great detail on all aspects of water heaters and problem-solving.
